Biography

“Pippa Chapman is an international multi-award winning artist who has lived and studied in the UK, Europe and Australia.

Specializing in the Old Master techniques of the Renaissance, she was self-taught for many years before undertaking specialist studies in Florence, Italy.

She has won many international awards including: ‘Best Oil in Show’ at London’s prestigious Mall Galleries; ‘Finest Brushwork in Show’ also at the Mall Galleries; finalist in the UK ‘Not The Turner Prize’; ‘Best Realist Art Award’ at Australia’s largest exhibition of realist art, The Camberwell Art Show, Melbourne; Art Renewal Centre International Salon in the USA and finalist in Australia’s Mortimer Prize.

Pippa’s work has also been exhibited by numerous venues and galleries, including Christies, London, she is represented by renowned International Print Specialists, Rosensteils and has also seen her work used by various card and retail Companies.

She is represented by a highly select group of galleries in the UK and Australia and her distinctive paintings are found in many private collections worldwide. She is a member of several prominent art societies around the world and is committed to supporting charitable trusts and foundations, regularly donating artworks for charity auctions.

Each one of Pippa’s unique paintings take many months of patience, technical skill and expertise to produce and each piece will bring immense pleasure for many generations to come. a true testament to Pippa’s professionalism, craft and dedication.”
