Victoria has been a wildlife artist for some time but has become fascinated with equestrian subjects since she began working with the Avon and Somerset Police Mounted Division.
She has been visiting their yard, in Bristol,UK, getting to know the horses and officers, and developing paintings for them. They are happy for me to use these images but not make financial gain from them (they are also free to use them as they want).
She is now actively exploring ways to extend her experience of painting working horses.
Victoria completed Foundation Studies, HNC, HND in Fine Art at Bristol School of Art followed by MA Art, Media and Design (Fine Art Path) at University of West of England.
Her equestrian work so far has been in watercolour and ink, and occasionally graphite, but plans to take her exploration into larger oil paintings.
