Lara is an artist based in London who specialises in equine and canine portraits. Having grown up in the New Forest, animals, and in particular horses and dogs became a natural source of inspiration. When studying for her BA Hons in Fine Art Lara combined both her love of animals and painting and ‘Lara Roberts Fine Art’ was born.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Since then she has exhibited work as far afield as Hong Kong and regularly exhibits in London, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Her work ranges from detailed and traditional portraits to large cropped canvases and studies of jockeys and hounds, all in her preferred media, oils.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

Lara takes commissions through out the year and is always willing to try new subjects on request.’<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
