If some/all of your work is NOT on this list then very sadly those pieces have NOT been selected for the exhibition this time.  If your work DOES appear on the final list you should now make final arrangements for those pieces to be delivered to Handing in Day at The Museum of the Horse, Tuxford Market Place, Tuxford, Newark NG22 0LA. Any queries to Admin.

If you have had some of your work selected, warmest congratulations. Please now refer to your Guidance Notes. Exhibiting artists please contact admin if you would like a PV invitation.

Thank you for submitting your work. All artists should note that the Judging Panel make their selections independently and all work is considered on its merits. The Judging Panel are also tasked with curating a balanced exhibition that fits the space available. If your work was not selected on this occasion we encourage you not to be discouraged and to submit your work next year.

Key dates:

26th July (Midnight Sun) – **Pre Selection (for Associates and Friends only) Results will be notified by email.

12th Sept ( Sat) – Handing in Day 9.30am – 1.00pm (no entries accepted after 1.00pm)

13th Sept (Sun) – Private View & Awards Ceremony 2pm – 4pm

26th Sept (Sat) – Final day to view the exhibition. Closes at 1.30pm

27th Sept (Sun) – Collection of unsold work 10am – 1pm
