Our one day workshop at Higher Biddacott farm is a working farm with a lot of the work being done using traditional farming methods, a superb setting and a wonderful opportunity to work on painting heavy horses from life in a traditional farm setting.

Jonathan and Fiona train the horses, many of which they have had as youngsters, to harness and farm work. They also use them to draw wedding carriages, teach driving skills and in film and promotional work. There will be a choice of horses to draw as well the old traditional stone buildings of a Devon farm and a selection of large sheds should it be a little damp! Fiona also offers some B/B rooms should anyone wish to stay on the premises.

10am to 4.30pm. Arrive just a little earlier to get set up. Please bring your own lunch. There will be refreshments, tea, coffee available during the day.
