Having spent her early life in West Sussex, Tricia now lives and works in East Anglia and has been influenced by the strong association the area has for its heavy horses – particularly the Suffolk Punch.

She also works on a variety of other subjects, usually animal or countryside based and specialises in the use of pastel. The images created are realistic in their depiction with a strong emphasis on traditional draftsmanship and attention to detail.

Tricia studied Fine Art at Cambridge and West Surrey College of Art and specialised in sculpture. On leaving college she worked as a graphic artist within the print industry. She went on to become a qualified art teacherand is an Associate of the Society of Equestrian Artists. She now works alongside her husband running their own business.

She sells her work independently at CLA fairs and at The Burghley Horse Trials. A range of limited edition prints and greeting cards can be found on her website (above)
